When I came in to browse, I didn't know what I wanted. But when I left, I left knowing that I got something stylish and smart. I owe this to the customer service person I met today. She was helpful and great at listening; she suggested several items that considered the occasion and climate I was trying to dress for; together, we narrowed it down to the items that I thought looked best on me. I left feeling happy with the clothes I bought today. Thank you.

I had THE best experience today. I didn't get the woman's name - queensgate store - sorry!!. But she was AMAZING!! I really needed help in revamping my wardrobe and generally updating myself.
