The customer service is amazing. I loved walking in, being allowed to browse before choosing my attire. They were put into an allocated dressing room for me and the support and advice I received while trying each outfit on was superior. I spent over $300 that day and I loved it. City Chic I love your clothes
APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked in and a lady with coloured hair just looked up at me from the computer and didn’t say hello or anything. Then proceeded to play on their phone while I was looking around the store. Then when I was about to leave she asked if I needed any help and when I said not any more she rolled her eyes and told me to have a good day. First time going in that store and it’s going to be my last.

Whenever I come in, be it to shop or do an online return/exchange, the service is always great. Fantastic friendly staff! Very welcoming.
Great staff and nice selection of clothes my only problem is the changing rooms are horribly cramped and the curtains provide very little privacy.
