Visited millers on Tuesday 5th July and had a very very pleasant encounter with the worker who helped me buy some trackpants. She was super friendly and amazing at her job. She deserves a raise!!! Will definitely be back.
If I could rate Millers a minus 27 I would. Their online ordering process is a complete joke. I ordered jeans a month ago and they never showed up. I tried communicating with their “customer service” team and they were less than helpful and redundant in any kind of service taking days to respond to a simple question. I ended up requesting cancellation of my order and am currently waiting on my refund which I am 100% certain I will have to chase. You’re the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Less and impressed with the lower hutt branch. Qalked in to old staff members none of them where wearing masks. Only staff member wearing her mask under her chin. I asked for assistance with some black pants. Got a reply we don't have any. So I wondered around and said to my friend they had none and pretty poor she not wearing her mask. Staff member heard me and all of a sudden she found all the range of black pants. Won't be back customer service not the best.
Delighted with items purchased but Rachelle processed my Club points to a stranger - I gave her my phone number & how to spell my name. This isn't the 1st time
Millers fashion clothing is the best clothing retail shop for women at affordable prices. Thec Lower Hutt branch is run by two very experienced ladies who are not only helpful but also very friendly. Excellent shop to visit.
