Got a price for a package to be sent.  I told them a larger size than it was so i wouldn't be in for a surprise when i dropped it off.  Got told the day before     
 $ 130.00 ..... show up and  $ 240.00 . Told them i got a price yesterday and answer was to bad the lady you were talking to is having a day off . Not happy

Customer service was impeccable, very friendly staff. Tracking the package was straight forward and the delivery was fast. Would definite recommend!

I recently had an awkwardly shaped and sized sculpture packed by the team. They did a great job, kept me informed throughout the process and even checked with me after I had taken it to ensure that everything was fine. I will use Pack & Send for my next craft project.
