Oh my goodness, I love these people. I changed the date on them all the time, changed what I was going to take...they had to do multiple quotes. They were SO friendly through it all. And eventually when all the planets aligned, it was such a short notice actual move and they were SUPER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We packed ourselves and Tayla was so hepful with supply of boxes/paper/tape and information. Uplift day went smoothly, let's hope delivery  day is as good. I will keep you posted

Absolute disgrace. 
Quite possibly the worst removal experience to date. 

Worst attitude, completely non existent professionalism. 
Intimidatory attitude toward female occupant of home. 

Unable to follow instruction or complete packing as directed and requested by occupant. Damaged and destroyed occupant property in the process of the pack up.

Mark, the person in charge of this abhorrent experience had the audacity to go so far as to rifle through our cupboards to utilise our knives to cut up his packing materials, dig through my kitchen sink cupboard, pull out a brand new pack of scourer sponges, use the same knives to cut the scourer off, stuff the sponge in to a coffee mug and fill with water so he could wet his fingers, then left all this just lying in the dining room. 

They broke our coffee cups, no apologies or attempt to clean it up, just "oops".
They packed a whole cupboard of linen that was indicated to them prior to them commencing was to be left. Then when pointed out, retorted with "oh well, its too late now, you'll just have to go and buy new towels and stuff!"

THE WORST REMOVAL COMPANY IN AUSTRALIA!
