We moved from interstate, the whole process was made so easy. The team here is darwin were amazing! They were professional, friendly and super efficient. Nothing was too hard to move or too awkward to fit into a room. Would recommend them to anyone moving!

DisGRACEful! I will never use ever again! Nor would I recommend them to anyone! My property was damaged by them and they didnt even give me a courtesy call when this happened! Luckily we discovered the damage before we left the Grace yard otherwise no one would have mentioned anything to us! Ive been arguing with them and their insurance company for over 6 months about repairs and Ive never been spoken to so horribly in my life! Now negotiations are taking place behind my back about doing a cheaper fix on my damaged property than what was agreed to! We shouldn't have to insure our belongings because we are concerned about the staff dropping items while they are still in the warehouse! Insurance should only apply to circumstances out of staff control such as a fire, the train derailing or a truck accident, not insure against recklessness. Our belongings hadnt even left the warehouse when it was damaged! Worst and most stressful experience ever!
