I think customer service is worst.i got an appointment at 8 am and I dropped my car on time..I never received a call . .I kept calling and calling and I received call at 1.45 after 3 calls made by me...just waste of time...no clarity on anything ..even the receptionist doesn have information.. some other lady she says that they don't have enough staff so they can't guarantee time...even she had no real answer to queries me as my friend asked for.she was just mugging around..I think they are doing cost cutting with no full time staff or techniciana even after such high charges , customer service needs to be worked on. They need good and efficient staff right from reception to technician .. other wise may loose customer s easily.

We have a bus, during xmas week when everyone is going crazy, we contacted this company as we had a couple of jobs to be done so we could get our COF and get back on the road (our bus is also our home). We had no prior appt. Everyone there was so helpful and friendly, we even had a car to use. They couldn't get parts for our bus so they got them machined up for us. We can't thank these guys enough for not dismissing us and putting us in the too hard basket. We will definitely be listing them as our preferred mechanic. Thanks again top manager Edwin, the helpful crew and the lovely ladies.

I don’t know if these guys were trying to pull of a prank or something, I booked an appointment over phone and drove all the way from Te Rapa to find out that no one was at work. The receptionist did not even make an effort to allocate me to a different schedule. Worst customer service ever.

Great service. P&B promptly sorted out our airbag electrical issues in our Cefiro. Will sleep easier knowing the staff have vehicles with working air bags. Thanks heaps guys and see you again soon :).
