Great service from Phil at Soanes. Picked Soanes to have my crashed car taken to for assessment. Whilst the vehicle ended up being a total loss, the service from Soanes was still fantastic; vehicle was assessed very quickly, and i was kept informed of the process at every step. Will definitely be taking my vehicles to Soanes for any panelwork required in the future.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Took 6 weeks to repair. Stole my stuff from car. Not satisfied with customer service. People are not good . I am not satisfied . Strictly say would not go to this place.horrible experience . They refuse to make a settlement with the stolen stuff .They are very rude to talk. please guys do not go to this shop please.

Definitely do not reccomend! I have had to return my vehicle 3 times. The last time I was given an unregistered AND un warranted car to loan and this is just unacceptable! No apologies until I asked for one either.

Didn't give quote no communication held car for near 3 months and did an unprofessional job/half the job

Took 4 months for repairs, 3 courtesy cars broke down. Car given back with no petrol, orange light on. No communication at all and when I complained I was blamed. Would not recommend. Horrible service. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Good service, this was an insurance job after theft, repairs were through and they kept me informed when asked about where the job was at. Very happy with how my car is running and the finish it was returned with

I have used this company twice now and they are fabulous! From the owner, the receptionist and through to the expert tradesman they are friendly, helpful and professional. I can't fault them. Their  customer service is above and beyond. My car wasn't going to be ready for me to go away and they said just keep the courtesy car. No issues! Thanks guys my car looks awesome cheers Lynley.

We have no complaints about the repair of our car which Soanes undertook for us. Looks as good as new now. Thanks  to the team for their workmanship and friendly manner.
