we have been now 2nd time at PRESTIGE with an insurance body repair & paint job of our VW t-cross R-line grey. In both repairs we have been excellent serviced, even when time schedule is quite long, the quality balances it out. On booking in, the Comp.-Boss himself took over in first place with photographing the damage and covering the broken window with foil and in time between we've got for a minor fee a BMW courtesy car. Nice great facility. Good comms throughout the repair stage. Nice up to date courtesy car. Not sure what the $40 deposit for the car was about though. It could've come out of the repairs claim.  I like you pay for the fuel you use on the courtesy car. Will have to wait for the car to see how the repairs went to which I'm sure will be great.

Were great from start to finish. They arranged everything, had to wait for parts from overseas which turned up 6 weeks early but time to do repair organised easily. Girls in office very helpful and was no problem with loan car when i needed longer as an extra part was airfreighted. When they said they would call they did and everyone seemed very happy in their work. Smooth process and i would not use anyone else but hopefully no one runs into me again :-  Thank you!!Services:&nbsp;Painting

This was absolute rubbish its the second car that have gon to them through insurance and the first one had to be taken bad 3 times and is still needing more work redone. They cant follow up on there work to let you know instead of a week its gonna take 3 i had to constantly call them to just get told another 3 days another 3 days just waisting my time. My second car finally came back and nothing lines up nothing matches up there are scratches all around my car the paint they did needs to be redone my fog lights arnt lined up in the bumper. Car went in with just over half a tank and came back iw 2 bars left empty light on. It was just the absolute worst experience i would rather next time go to a rundown shop because i would probably get a better job done. Rubbish!! Paintwork was okay but mechanical and electrical systems were disappointing with ongoing problems that disrupted door lock function and a number of electronic connectors were damaged and not replaced or repaired. We returned the vehicle for remediation twice and while while some items were resolved others were not and we gave up and had them remediated at our cost. I think the major problem was that we did not own a Bentley!!! For us the service was not prestigious.

Worst experience!! Took my prius here under insurance for a front end collision. Terrible work done! had minor paint runs on all the parts they sprayed. The bonnet still doesn't line up. Missing panel clips, over spray on mirror surrounds and under the bonnet. Took the car back and was told they would sort it out only to never hear back from them.Services:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim

I live in Picton but I was in Hamilton for a month with my wagon and knew there would be some problems to have damage repaired.  To that end I only dealt with one person in the Office and that was Conner. Dealing with Conner was a continuation of my faith in young people that think for themselves. Not the millennial B/S we are confronted with these days.  I was put to Prestige from from Chartwell Panel and Paint as they were snowed under when I called in there. Prestige were not on the list that Tower Insurance gave me but the chat with Conner initially changed all that for me. Conner provided options for me that got the job done. Mine was a late model vehicle of reasonable value and as such spare parts were or could have been a problem and Conner's proactive ideas to overcome these prospects in advance added to make the whole process seamless. Added to that dealing sensibly with the assessor and getting a loan car for a couple of days while my partners one was being serviced made for a great experience. Nothing seemed to be hassle and given my absolute non compliance to the covid b/s here in New Zealand, Conner the only person I dealt with at Prestige for the week of repairs handled everything calmly with common-sense.  Well Prestige you must value Conner as I would say from a lifetime in pressure technical positions world wide over 30 years that he will give to the office as much as he will learn.
