Very communicative, honest and friendly crew. WOF done quickly considering we drove in without an appointment. The job was thorough, excellent value for money, hassle free and their professional advice is freely given to customers. In short, we will go there again. The 3 negative reviews for this business are ALL FOR THE SAME CAR so it's a case of his mates putting up false experiences trying to slag this company off. If you want to save money on your WOF and be assured of professional service, go to Safeway, Hamilton.

Good place to visit to get a wof

Don't ever think about going to this place for a Wof or any type of service they tried to tell me my car had an excessive oil leek which it never had, a few minor drips they even went to the extreme while I was away putting it on there hoist & obversly loosened something so the leak was worse when I returned, took the car home for the weekend and checked for massive oil leaks only found a couple of small drips now and then. They told me after charging me an arm and a leg that they located the leaks and wanted to charge me nearly $400+ to fix the sump seal plus one other seal. & said this would 100% fix the problem. Got the work done else where at a third of the price. This safeway place then tried to say to work done was faulty.. took it back to the other motor machanics repair shop they checked it out again and even redid the sump seal again free of charge & mad sure all bolts etc were sound and not striped and showed me this... car is all good now thanks to real mechanics not like these ones at Safeway that can't even show you any proof they are certified mechanics, they are just money hungry rip of @!!!!!!!! I STRONGLY ADVICE EVERY ONE "NEVER" USE SAFEWAY VECHICAL TESTING in Frankton Hamilton.. THEY ARE A THIEVING RIPOFF COMPANY AND SHOULD NOT BE IN BUISNESS.. 29/6/17

Fast and friendly service. The WOF is cheap but they don't gloss over any issues unlike some dirt cheap WOF places
