I have worked in Aged care in Australia, it was a terrible experience. The nurses and staff were horrendous
You people deserve zero stars. Disgusting behaviour from the staff and mistreating the poor patients. I hope you shut down and close up for good. How dare you mistreat an old lady! I genuinely hope you and the people involved suffer in life for being a part of taking away a person’s life.
How dare the staff treating a person like that… ugh… rude and disrespectful. The fact a nursing staff can do that ,is beyond crazy. It’s your job to treat people with dignity and respect that’s what you sign up for. IF YOU ARE A PERSON HAVE NO PATIENCE, THEN DONT SIGN UP FOR IT. Absolutely disgusting
Wouldn't recommend leaving your family at this facility. Find them a different care!
You should be ashamed of yourselves. Train your staff on compassion. I hope you get the same treatment as the way you treat the elderly. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
Failing a 3rd of your quality standards is a disgrace. Avoid putting your family here at all costs - they'll neglect, mistreat and their care will probably contribute to the death of your loved ones. Disgraceful and shameful.
Minus Zero stars !!! Gods waiting room full of non caring non assisting and non human staff members. Be very careful of Karma. Dear elderly treated with no respect. If you do not have the skills to deal with these people get the hell out of there !
