My daughter has Sonia as a caseworker and you could not be a more caring person! My daughter has a lot of disabilities and until meeting Sonia she felt left alone and not understood. Sonia's warm persona made my daughter comfortable and together we sort everything and then she began to systematically plan to find solutions. Sonia found professionals to assess my daughter and basically made miracles happen. She always listened and advised and instantly supported us all the way to find the most optimum help for my daughter.When noone helped she was and still is there with us. Sonia is an amazing casework... Thank you!!!
I’ve been with mylestones for six years and they have never got me a job. I didn’t feel fully supported by the staff, it was a very disappointing experience I’ve been in contact over the phone and by emails to the manager Sabene Beck which was never a productive outcome. For example I asked for new work pant as they had holes in them; I have now move on to another employment agency and today those same work pants where sent back to me which I can’t see the point they have holes in them this is just petty behaviour from the staff! Do yourself a favour don’t use this employment agency it will just lead to frustration and disappointment.
I have been with Deb at Mylestones Hervey Bay since late 2016 and she has always been my go-to for support not only in terms of work and helping me bècome job-ready and employable again but also in terms of areas of every day life and rebuilding my confidence and self-esteem. I can now pretty much do most of the preparation and applications myself and keep checking with Deb for clarification and reassurance. Any on the job concerns or problems I have Deb is only a phone call or email away and will always get back to me that day. Deb is someone I have been able to confide in and trust and it has paid off for me immensley and will always stay close to my heart
I could not possibly recommend Mylestones Hervey Bay highly enough. These people are salt of the earth! Andrew in particular has shown me so much compassion and he always goes above and beyond to make sure my family is well supported and with patience and care he has helped me turn my life completely around. I have only ever felt able and empowered with this organisation. Thankyou from the bottom of my heart.
Highly recommend this company... I called first thing this morning wanting to change job agencies. I spoke to Paul who explained everything that needed to be done. By the end of the call I had an appointment with him where I also met Rebecca. These two people made a very stressful situation easy. They sat with me for over two hours completing the nessasary paperwork and essential documents that were needed for my new job. I can't thank them enough. Best service hands down!!

Helped me out a great deal with getting a job, and with very friendly employees they would always make sure I was doing well at my workplace and that I didn't have any issues. Would easily recommend to anyone who has a disability or learning barrier and is looking for a place to work. Sincerely Mitchell.
I really like Mylestones and the staff that works there. I really feel like I'm being looked after and being listened to. Would recommend to anyone looking for a employment provider.
