I had been told previously from another shop that my Redarc 50A charger was shot and only being 12 months old I was now chasing a warranty claim. It just so happens it's Christmas and Redarc had advised me my chances of having my issue seen to over the Christmas break was highly unlikely. Redarc gave me Hervey Bay Electrix's number and to my surprise these legends were happy to book me in 7.30am the very next day with no issue! Within as little of an hour these guys had found the issue and had me back on the road. All round great service and would highly recommend
Always friendly staff, and best price, go out of there way too get the job done fast.
Satisfied with the work done but don't know how they justify a 40% markup on parts supplied, on top of the $140 an hour labour charge, bit of a rip off in my opinion.Service: Electrical
