Awful. This dealership is really a scam. My mother put her car in for a service and they did absolutely NOTHING. It was so clear that the car hadn't been touched. I mean, the oil was pitch black and they're happy to send it back and charge $700! On numerous occasions and service has never met expectations. Did I mention once our car's contract expired they still continued to take out weekly payments for it? Hmmm....I was wondering where that $3000 was! I really don't understand how this place is getting such good reviews....we really must have gotten the short end of the stick that's for sure!

Very poor service, was left with the same problems after a dodgy patch up job and when I asked for a potential refund I was met with a rude attitude by the staff.

I recently purchased a used car from Bay City Autos Hervey Bay very happy with the car,the staff & excellent service back up. I have recommended people who were after a new car. Who were equally happy with all the above
