Rude, not willing to accept accountability, very poor customer service. Ordered pizza at 5:50pm before it was busy. Ended up waiting 20mins for pizza. Got home to find the wrong pizza in the box. The girl said she can not offer delivery as they were too busy. I spoke to 3 different girls on the phone only to be told that I have to bring the pizza back and will get made another which I will need to wait for. They wouldn't provide me a refund and a pizza for wasting my time but we're more than happy to state that if they give me a refund it will waste their ingredients. When I got back to the shop they spoke another language in front of me wasting more of my time. It was 6:40 by the time it was all over and I got no apology or dinner they just wasted my time. Will never go back. I eventually got my 9.90 back for my very small pizza but I should not have had to go through such an effort when a mistake was made by them.
One of the worst food places around. The fish and chips are terrible and fine I understand it's a pizza shop but the pizza is just as bad. Ordered a half and half ham and cheese/margarita pizza and I got a pizza base with an overload of cheese, barely any tomato sauce or even ham. It was a big disgusting lump of melted cheese that had soaked through the box before it even got here. Don't think I've ever had good food from here since the place changed to Oz Pizza.
Ordered at 6:21. Confirmation e-mail said will be really at approximately 6:30 bit quick, I would expect 6:45 but no, I sat there for 40 minutes waiting and no-one even asked what my order was or taken note I had been sitting there that long. After asking to talk to boss man another 10 minutes passed and it was finally ready. Mind you, I was offered discount that made it $40 from $59. But as to my discussed when I got home 2 of the 3 pizzas were burnt. First and last time I will ever go here and I will tell my experience to everyone. Disgracfull, you should be ashamed of the business you are running.
reviews here are unfair. these guys do a good job and do probably the better pizzas out of anywhere in the area. never had a bad pizza from here. crust snobs have no idea. crust pizzas are the worst. yuck. these guys know how to do a good pizza. nothing fancy just straight up tasty pizza.
Large pizza is really a small pizza . As they do not spread the toppings to the edge of the pizza like other places do.3 bites of the slice of pizza and its gone. The crust is terrible. The salami on the Americana was supposed to be hot. It was not hot and hardly any salami on it. I would rather go to Jenny Boys Pizza opposite these people.
Absolutely discusting how can you charge $28 dollars for 11 ribs, advertise your menu better I never asked for chips I wanted ribs I really hope you can sleep easy knowing your ripping of your customers. Never again Oz pizza Berwick, try sending out real food not scraps and when You get a phone call complain don't just hang up try sending out what I paid for.
Ordered a peri peri chicken pizza, cost $20.90, the same price as crust pizza and dominoes. What was delivered to my door was what one could call a "mystery meat surprise" the "chicken" was clusters of mushy white meat that had been pushed together to vaguely resemble chicken pieces. It was foul, probably the worst pizza in the area. Aside from that, their pricing on menulog does not match their phone orders, their sizes don't match, and i will never order from there again. I cant believe they closed a wonderful fish and chip shop for this horrible place.
Not your average pizza place they have good food but cannot follow simple instructions on how to make a custom pizza with toppings of my choice, pizza was remade so I am happy but 4 stars for this blunder, I hope the staff learn to listen to the customers instructions in the future.
It was so easy to order and collect. Great pizza !! Freshness that you can taste it. Yummy fish and chips and gourmet pizza menu on really cheap price in the town!!!! 10/10
Wow best pizza I think I've ever had. Very impressed.. Very friendly crew and hard working to ensure the best for customers. Great work guys
