My experience at this restaurant was exceptional as the staff were very polite and the food was great. I ordered the rib eye steak and it was cooked perfectly. I was served by a girl named Tayla and she ensured that we had the best service. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Food was good and pretty quick. Staff were all very sweet. Just questioning why you use plastic packaged sauce in the restaurant? A lot of wastage, and surely no economical benefit?

I think La porchetta is going back to be a good store. The customer services was more than good part from bringing the cheque without asking for it but after they made sure we good for everything. The food was very good. They got New carpets. But the chairs are too old and dirty.

A group of 17 of us went for dinner. About 10 minutes after arriving a waitress came and starting unloading a tray of drinks that weren't for our table. We told her we hadn't ordered yet, she looked around puzzled not sure where she should be. We then waited another 10 minutes for someone to come and take our drink order. Our food was OK, it was the first La Porchetta we had been to that didn't offer dinner rolls. The service was mediocre. When we went to pay we were told they would not split bills but there was an ATM outside. Very good business for them at $2.50 per transaction on a private ATM. They agreed to take some cash and one card only. It wasn't possible for some of us to get cash so annoyingly it was put on a credit card with others then having to transfer money. Totally ridiculous when it is owned by the same people who own Pakenham and they split bills willingly. No wonder a restaurant that had queues out the door years ago is now half empty every night. They treat their customers the same way they treat their staff, badly. Never going back.

It's never gonna blow anyone's mind. But it's generally edible, there's a few things that are better than most and you'll probably find something that'll do everyone. It's good for groups. The parking isn't brilliant.
