Rude service, doesn't know how to make orders, lies to customers about products when they cannot be bothered making a Krusher but serves someone else like a day later. They offered me a refund for something they stuffed up with then I said yeah sure then they turn around and say "we don't do refunds" (they don't even deserve one star with the amount of times they have stuffed up and been rude!)

Told me they weren't doing krushers anymore but literally saw them a few days later making krushers for other customers w t f

In KFC fountain gate though chicken was juicy very unprofessional service. We found hair in our food. Yuck!

Terrible service. When did KFC start charging 30c for sauce? Wasn't given any sauce so kindly ask for some, and was told they were 30c. Ontop gave the wrong order and they refused to change it. Rudest KFC ever been too.

The chips are always bland as they never have enough seasoning on them, so I always ask for extra but they never add it! Customer service Is not very great.
