I recently had my first visit to OUTLOOK EYE CENTRE and I was pleasantly surprised : Very professional and welcoming. I felt very at ease with Shannon doing my eye testing and was certainly very happy that I was told that I did not need new glasses at this stage. Pretty sure the other place I had been going to would have said different. I will definitely be going back to these guys and have already convinced my husband that this is the place to go for your eyes.
With great prices and unbelievable care for the customer, Shannon and Andrew constantly amaze me with the effort they put in to give me the best vision possible. Even when I manage to knock a lens out of the frame or a nose cushion disappears, I drop in and in less than 5 mins its fixed & I’m on my way. Have been to many optometrists over the past 30 years but never made to feel this special. Thanks guys for operating the way you do.

I thought I'd give Outlook Eye Centre a try after going to other places for years and I wasn't disappointed. No long waits, an easy parking spot, very friendly service and thorough testing. I not only got a pair of normal glasses and sunglasses, but also a pair of safety glasses which Shannon was able to adjust the size of my reading lenses down at the bottom so it didn't take up so much space for my long distance vision. I wasn't expecting the really quick time frame for all the glasses to be ready either, going by past performance of other places. Can't fault them at all. I'll definitely be back when my vision changes! Thanks Shannon & Andrew.
Outlook Eye Centre is nothing but exceptional! Shannon was honest and professional when helping me choose frames that suited my face shape and skin tone. Thank you so much- I will be back for sure!
