"Durkin & Black Optometrists were established in Toowoomba in 1998. We are a proud member of Eyecare Plus Optometrists.We proudly operate two full-scope optometry practices in Toowoomba both at Grand Central Shopping Centre and at the Wilsonton Shopping Centre. At the beginning of 2017, we expanded, adding an additional practice our team at Redbank Plains.Our Optometrists and Directors, Justin and Sara originally started with the mission of creating a locally-owned, friendly and professional optometry practice. Since opening, we have grown to a five optometrist team, with special interests in behavioural optometry, eye disease diagnosis and contact lenses including orthokeratology."

I have been with this practice for several years-initially because our eldest daughter had eyesight issues early on and needed Sara's paediatric expertise and then Sara referred me to Justin for ortho k lenses which have been wonderful. I ask a lot of questions and Justin is always very patient in answering them! I have great confidence in this team -have had good consistent help and service and highly recommend them.
March 2018 I finally need glasses . My Doctor recommended Durkin and Black , Wilsonton so I went and made an appointment. I was treated with the utmost professionalism, quickly diagnosed my needs with the latest technology and my glasses ordered . No trouble , great service and friendly staff . Highly recommended.
Fantastic place for all your eye care needs. Great friendly staff who really know what they're doing. Highly recommend a visit to Eyecare Plus next time you need an optometrist. We are very happy, satisfied customers.
The whole team at Eyecare Plus at Wilsonton have been fantastic, with my recent dealings I have found the team to be well organised, friendly and very helpful, I would recommend them to anyone who require a more personal approach rarely found these days dealing with most businesses.
