Thanks to the young fellas for the great service this morning! Always well stocked and staff are always helpful.
Purchased a pkt of convection trays $21. I found some i forgot about at home & went to return the new ones today for a refund only to be told “no worries we will give you a store credit”. I asked if I could have a refund. Without eye contact was advised nope! I responded with no problem I’ll pick out something, & never shop here again. The guy approached me & said hey we can discuss this, & I advised him we just did & you said “NO” more than once. Little did he know I was also going to ask about purchasing a decent charcoal bbq. I’ll take my $2k & buy one elsewhere. Service today is all about the customer experience, I get company policies but they say no to a $21refund for something they can resell… it’s not about the money, it was the poor experience & attitude maybe I interrupted him while he was scrolling on his phone when I walked in. Outdoor living Aspley, you’ll never see my money again!
Wow. Seriously great service. I got screwed around by my bank while they waited past closing time until resolved. Went well beyond most to get me what I wanted on the night. Could not be happier.
Myself and a family member walked in there on a Sunday. Looking at 4 burner bbqs. The 2 young men working in there had no care or interest in anyone or anything. They were only interested in cooking their “burgers” on one of the bbqs. When the family member I was with started asking questions… the young guy responded by looking over to their food cooking…. My family member… then said “don’t worry about it” and walked away. His colleague then asked “what’s wrong” we responded by saying “we’re asking him questions and he’s only worried about his food. Then the , what seemed to be senior employee…. Continued to say well we like to showcase what the BBQs can do by cooking. I then said…. Well, that’s all well and good. But then have someone dedicated to just cooking. So you can then focus on the client. I said the food you’re cooking is not a priority…. If it burns… then it burns…. Get more staff to handle it. He then responded by saying “well that will put a bad smell through the shop” I said “that’s your problem” He then went on to tell me to “get out mate” I said “excuse me” He then said.. “get out mate, you can’t talk like that in here” I said “like what,” He said “you said it’s my problem” I said “ yes, it’s your problem is your food burns, get more staff to cook… and focus on the client” He then said again “get out mate” I said “come here and say that to me mate” But he chose to hide behind his desk. I said “come here and say it to my face mate” so everyone can hear you telling someone to get out of the shop , because you’re more worried about cooking your food. But he put his head down and laughed. I said say it again mate…. And he said “f*** off and get out mate” So…. I’m sure to the shops store manager will love hearing about this. Don’t go there unless real adults with mature fully developed brains are working there.

Great shop with very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Not to mention fantastic BBQ,s and everything to go with them.
Disappointing online & phone experience. Sent a message through their contact page but didn't receive a response other than the automated reply advising that the Outdoor Loving sic team would be in touch. Rang one store and while I did get the information I felt that they couldn't be less interested in the possible problems with their website. I bought the item elsewhere.
Weber is quality that comes at a cost but well worth it. Staff were hit and miss. The young bloke on duty seemed to be chasing wealthy boomers around the store and ignored me more than once. The lady on duty addresses me when she became free, 10 minutes later I was walking out with a new bbq. Was quietly satisfying watching said young bloke load my purchase for me!
FIVE STARS !!!! We had an excellent experience when buying two outdoor daybeds the friendly staff went beyond to help us and delivery service was exceptional!!! Thank you so much my birthday was extra special because of you ! We recommend highly
This number is incorrect! Sends you to a store otherside of Brissy at Jindalee. Mongerals there have their speech downpat... nothing but confusion. Dont phone, go into aSPLEY store to avoid having to make a trip across town.
