We had a Kitchen installed by Kitchen connection purchased at Aspley Homemaker Centre and all was great until the installation. What should have taken days took weeks to install after a series of mistakes made by the company. Cupboard s where measured incorrectly, benchtops cut incorrectly even after being templated. Part of the bench top that was correct, was scratched and coloured in with texts. Not only where we frustrated, but even the installer was astonished at the series of mistakes made by the company. I would not recommend Kitchen Connection s to anyone. Disappointed customer.

The kitchen connections store was great. They have almost everything you need for you kitchen in store to have a look. They do offer higher quality items so be prepared to pay for quality. They offer installation as well.

I was very disappointed with the Project Managers efforts on this job. Benches were cut to the wrong size after being measured twice which put the job back an extra 4 days. He has not been back to look over the job which was finished 3 weeks ago. The tower cupboard is not working correctly even after the installer has been back to fix it. The communication on this job was virtually non existent wit the PM coming around once and that was to tell me about the benches. There were other things that I thought could have been done better, but maybe that is just the way of the installation process. Not a follow up call and no contact after completion makes it hard for me to recommend their services.
