Excellent vet clinic! Have never had an issue going here for our two year old cat who has gone here since he was about 6 months old. Always get us in quick and take the best care with our Misha. Vet for life for him for sure.
Lets face it, It doesn't matter what Vet you go to it can be costly!!! Chose this Vet because it's close plus, I wash my dogs at the awesome K9 dog wash next door. Vet was very loving and comes with treats plus, my dog got a very big warm welcome when we entered.
Fantastic service. Our dog required urgent medical attention due to a health issue and we were able to be seen at short notice towards the end of the day when our normal vet wasn't interested in fitting us in. Will be back and we will be recommending you to anyone who asks.
Great vets. Took amazing care of our cat when he got neutered. They did a beautiful job and he recovered very quickly
New to Ourvets following our move South. Ed and the reception staff were welcoming and friendly as I was juggling two dogs. Ed took the time to listen and made suggestions for my older dog. Pleased I chose this vet as our new vet care for our dogs.
Went there with my 12 week old staffy for his shots,didn't judge breed or owner, beautiful lovely people,very professional .
I highly recommend this vet clinic, I took my cat here last night for the first time and the vet was extremely knowledgeable and provided me with lots of good information. Super friendly vets and they offer a calming spray and blanket to put over your cat cage to help calm your pet on entrance. The vet quickly diagnosed my cat and made her feel really comfortable. They also offer Afterpay and other payment options for their services. Overall great vets.
Our Vets were amazing today when we had to put our beloved cat down. They allowed our daughter to express her emotions quite loudly at times and we’re very sensitive throughout the whole process. I applaud their professionalism and obvious care for animals and their families when the worst happens.
Big thank you to Ed for the care and attention recently provided. I have been coming for years and always received great service.
We have a 4 month old puppy and since registering her with Ourvets we have only ever had great service and really caring friendly staff . The puppy school with Jessica was great something we didn’t think we needed but it’s given us tools to give our pup the best life and for us to understand our dog. Every time we see Ellie we have such a lovely experience and so does burtie! She loves the vets and that’s down to all the staff so thank you and we appreciate what you have done for our her.
