I have been a customer at Otago Petfoods for years and they are totally awesome. The staff are super friendly and helpful going out of their way to supply what you ask for and the range of products keeps growing all the time. What an amazing array of raw feeding options. Even in Covid Lockdown the service is phenomenal. Thanks team, you are amazing.

Only just discovered this wee gem today, highly recommend! Great range of frozen and fresh pet food but also loads of awesome treats for your furry and fishy friends. Customer service was lovely and I got 900gms of pet food for $1 more than the supermarket 500gm varieties. I have a very fussy cat and she ate the whole bowl, very happy new customer and supporting local business is always fantastic, thanks team

I purchased this as a treat and something different from our usual brand. Our cats wouldn't go near it and neither would our two dogs. One of our dogs will eat anything but not this. The packaging is nice and all the information you need to know if clearly written on the container.
