Been with this couple since they first started the business, so busy and hard and what a great success they have made of it.   My animals eat mainly raw but everything i have ever needed i have been able to get through Otago Petfoods.   Wonder, friendly customer service - always.  Thank you for everything.

Otago pet foods is the best place in town to shop for your pet! They have the best quality dog meats and raw feeding options and the price is better than anywhere else in Dunedin. All the staff have been super helpful to me over my visits and will answer any questions I've had. They're also absolutely lovely to my dog whenever I bring her in and offer her treats. Their fish food range is also very good and great prices, I won't shop anywhere else now because of how amazing this store is.

Just wanted say a 5 star experience every time from this company so efficient from order to delivery every time, so helpful and friendly, my Mum and I are Dogzout&aboutwalking we buy only the best quality Huskimo Harnesses from you guys  thank you!! Guys.

I have been a customer at Otago Petfoods for years and they are totally awesome. The staff are super friendly and helpful going out of their way to supply what you ask for and the range of products keeps growing all the time. What an amazing array of raw feeding options. Even in Covid Lockdown the service is phenomenal. Thanks team, you are amazing.

The service we receive from Gareth and the team is exceptional! I feel like our precious pooch has his own personal catering team ready and willing to swoop in and solve any problem and cater to every need. Thanks you so very much!
