The place was packed so we asked to put or name down on the waiting list, but there wasn't one. The waitress told us we had to find our own table, very odd. Hung around with others and when someone stood up to leave we crashed their table, still with the dirty dishes..others glared, but we had the table. Ordered the pulled pork burger and the fish burger, both were excellent, washed down with tap beer. The fish burger was actually a piece of fresh fish in a burger, far better than the frozen fish cakes you usually get. All very reasonably priced.

Had our main meal, straight after was asked if we were ready to order dessert, we asked if we could wait 5 minutes so as to have a little break.
No one returned to the table so we called the waitress over to order dessert only to be told the kitchen was closed!!!!
We then said we would like a coffee and we’re then told the coffee machine was off as well!!!
Surely when diners are in the restaurant you would at least go over to them and advise the kitchen was going to close and was there anything else required.
We proceeded next door for our dessert and coffee and were made very welcome. 
Too many restaurants in St Clair to go to one that doesn’t want your custom.

Alot of fun with friendly atmosphere and efficient staff. Food and drinks were enough to suit most. Family friendly and quite alot of space for bigger groups.

ordered big breakfast. Poached eggs hard boiled. bacon black charcoal. They made it again and it was better but not sure how any chef can send that out thinking its ok. The other members of table had all their eggs hard too.

Really nice menu and great selection of drinks too. Fast and friendly service. Good indoor and outdoor seating as well. Nice place to sit and watch the world go by.
