Lived in Dunedin for a few yrs, found Best Cafe on TripAdvisor, and read the reviews; not a fish lover, but the battered onion sausages are Amazing, this will definitely be our go - to place from now own. Great food, Friendly staff. thank you 😊😊

I am wheat & GF so it is akways gard earing fish & chips but now we hv s great place 2 go. Best Cafe makes GF batter & it is wonderful. I highly recommend this cafe plus u hv a lot of chouces in which fish u wld like to eat as well as try if u don't know our pacific fish. Go & b surprised.

I read about cafe in old north and south in the morning and headed there for lunch. Was not disappointed! Great service, great food and great music. Can't wait to go back.
