Ran the dog thru the wash . Very busy , 6 dogs in front but fortunately there was 2 wash stations so not that long a wait . Evidently Sunday is allways busy. Plus 15% discount being a club member . No parking in there car park for motorhomes but room outside on the street. Staff friendly and helpful.
Have had excellent service by the team at Animates Dunedin, and recently in particular the team member who is a qualified Veterinary Nurse. She went above and beyond to assist me. I also like the frequent feeder program, and being able to return food if my cat doesn't like it. Good overall.
Amazing service returning a dog toy we purchased that wasn't fit for purpose. We didn't have a receipt, but they made the effort to find our purchase in the system and refund us. Also, amazing recommendation for replacement toy,Tonka brand, which has been totally indestructible!
Everything you need for your furbabies as well as a bunch of stuff you didn't know you needed. Brilliantly knowledgeable and super helpful service from all staff. And a fab dog wash station that's always clean, with towels provided. Our most favourite pet store ever, Stan loves his shopping trips!
Went in to buy a brush for my puppy. And everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful. Charlie and I will definitely be going back.
Have been going here for many years for fish supplies and buying fish/ fish tanks. Some staff knowable about fish so if anyone wants to get started go there, sometimes they might have maybe two or three people on a day's shift that know about fish. The reward system was good three years ago intill they changed to the current one. I had like spent $1,000+ and maybe $20 store credit, haven't asked as probably too long ago. Chur guys keep it up
Friendly and helpful staff. Good prices. Stock can be a little hit and miss sometimes specially cat biscuits/pouch/frozen meat
Animates is great but I wish they would display unit price i.e. $/100g or $/kg for their pet biscuits etc to make in-store comparisons more easy
They are all freindly service and the staff are very helpful always got a smile every time I went too look at their fish
Not real good with the loyalty points system, if your after great value, go to Otago Pet Foods in Modgirl
