Great communication. Clean room 51b and comfy bed. Great views. Lovely helpful lady at reception gave good advice about everything including places to eat we went to the Sailing Club would definitely stay again.
The location of the place was great none the less but we spent $850 for 2 nights with the aircons not working, no options of Netflix or foxtel or anything on the tv just normal tv and we assumed the bed would be a large double bed but it was 2 single beds pushed together. We booked via booking.com and clicked on a room with a bath/spa, we also didn’t get that but we had called reception and they were quite happy to move us into a room with one which was really appreciated.

At first glance it looked nice, but I paid 280aud for a room that overlooked roofs, 1 square meter balcony, cockroaches at night, yes that's true and both split A/C very noisy. I moved 400m away to a place less expensive and far better.
Ocean view apartment was fantastic. All the things you need. Bed was comfy. Getting in and out of shower was challenging. The manager had to fix a couple of things missing tumble dryer and toaster that shorted electricity sockets which he did swiftly and with a minimum of fuss. Location however is terrible. Hotel is at the top of a near vertical long road. We like to walk out but couldn't here.
