These guys get 5 stars from me! Dhani and Dave were extremely helpful in every way you could think of.nFrom the moment I emailed asking if they had availability, - to my arrival, I felt so welcome.nDave even helped me out with a 15 amp power cord as I didn’t have one due to piggy backing off my parents caravan before we went separate ways home.nThe bathrooms were very tidy and they even had a sink/stand where you could put a plastic baby bath in!nMy son and I went for a walk and the streets had a few rough people around, but we felt very safe and secure at the caravan park. It was such a quiet park. No noise at all from 9pm onwards.nThe location is on point! Walking distance to the shops one way that’s the rougher end it seemed and gorgeous Yeppoon beach and cafes walking distance the other way. They are in a prime location,nI wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place and I’d stay there again.
Blue Dolphin Caravan Park is an amazing, friendly and close to Esplanade, lagoon pool and town centre. The owner Dhani is so welcoming and friendly. We stayed for 4 weeks and had lots of happy hours surrounded under the lit up palm tree at night. Dave the groundsman has the park looking amazing and amenities are spotless Highly recommend this lovely close knit caravan park. Keep up the great work. Shazzie, Col Maddie and Teddy xxx
Close to shops and the beach. It is a great location. Amenities were ok. We had a man appear at our van door in the night looking dishevelled and asking for tallyho papers, on that night there was also yelling and screaming and dogs howling in distress. We could 3.2 not contact the owner and left a m Today hadessage on their phone. When we did speak with the owner it was us who raised the issue. Would not stay there again.
Staying for a week on a powered site we had problems with our water. Dave came to the rescue and diagnosed a faulty water pressure valve. A quick trip to the local Reece Plumbing to get parts and Dave took over to fit the replacement - all in all an hour out of his busy day, but we now have water in the van again. Huge thanks.nA great park close to everything, friendly staff. Will stay again for sure
Had great time here luckily not as busy. Location very handy to most things. If hiring cabin take own towels if staying longer we did washing im there machines for 5 dollars a pop. Same with dryer. Won't service cabin everyday but thats ok.
