Story

Driftwood Motel and Holiday Units is your home away from home. On the beachfront with a beautiful garden setting overlooking the beach. Perfect for a wedding ceremony on the lawn or on the beach. With the Great Kepple Islands in the background a perfect picture. We have put together a wedding ceremony package to help with that special day. It is a great place for families to get together with a BBQ area and outdoor furniture for you to use. Our pool is close to the BBQ area so the children are close by for you to watch.
It is a quiet location 1.5km from the town of Yeppoon which is still within walking distance along the beach or road.
Each unit has a fully fitted kitchen for you to eat in or Yeppoon has a selection of great food outlets and restuarants.

Clean and looked after but signs of age are showing through decor. Position is wonderfully with pool lawn and then beach. Family apartment not really what we expected with 2 single beds in the main living area with a double bed in its own room.bathroom clean.

We were here a year ago, so unless it's changed management recently, don't go here!  We had specifically asked for one of the units and they gave it away to another customer simply because they wanted it for longer than us.  We  arrived late in the day so couldn't find any other suitable accommodation with tired kids in tow.  The beds' springs were practically sticking out of the mattresses, they were so thin.  The place was soooo musty and  and filthy!  And don't trust your kids on the playground, it's a death trap for young kids - my daughter got her fingers stuck in the hand-made turning wheel within a minute.  Lastly, they were extremely rude to us,  and we found other accommodation for the duration of our holiday.
