Their' support is not available 24/7. You won't be able to resolve any problem right away which ends up customer will complaint to your restaurant service. Online Ordering app on the mobile phone doesn't give a good notification sound that is loud enough so you will end up late confirmation on orders. I had the other free program similar to theirs but that program will ring our landline when we tends to late on pressing confirmation button which is good so we never miss any orders. However, ordermate just sent a text to your mobile phone which you will end up miss some orders anyway. I have mentioned this problem to them to improve their notification system but they just told me to invest in their tablet instead. The time they wanted you to join them, they said mobile phone was good enough and you did not need to invest anything....??? Also, food preparation time is ridiculous. Customer order 5 dishes, the food preparation time includes delivery to the customer who is 20 mins away is 6 mins !!!??? I logged into the admin page to find where I could change this but found no where.

I love OrderMate! It is so easy to use and the support is always great. Love that I can text support & they can help while I get on with looking after my customers!

Awesome company, I have use them for many years and will continue to use Ordermate with future ventures. We have 40 new students a week using the system and they are all finding it extremely easy to learn.

OrderMate support service and software have proven to be invaluable in our restaurant/bar. One of the best decisions we have made. Highly recommended.

it seems that every low rating is because your company cant answer the phone. I pay a monthly retainer and am treated like a telstra customer every time.
