Lost my parcel and took months to run an investigation (that I had to chase up constantly) only to say I'm never getting it and perhaps it accidentally went back to the sender. So, YOU LOST IT! At some point should they take responsibility and ownership of the situation. Simple.

I work nearby at a facility that is open and staffed 24/7, yet I always receive “sorry we missed you” cards which is total BS. It’s just Aus Post being too lazy to get off the bike and deliver the parcel. So I went here to collect the parcel which they didn’t deliver, and then they told me they lost it. This exact same scenario has happened to me twice. I tried opening a support case with them but they don’t care. Aus Post is a joke.

(feb 2o18) Postal locker has been broken for 2 months, and counting, with no explanation given to customers. I use the lockers because delivery to apartments is abysmal (see comments about carding from other users). This hub was not made with the growth of apartments in the suburb in mind and is a poor service. The warehouse attendants are patient but are bad at finding packages for whatever reason(s). They take 8 minutes AVG per package to find it. Often there is a queue of 4-9 people waiting to collect their packages from the window, with someone standing aside because their package cannot be located. In 35+ degree heat in summer...

This is first the time, someone send parcel to me, and I never received it. The tracking said it was signed and delivered and I never got anything, and I waited for 2 days. The customer service is friendly, so i guess its the delivering guy. Again, I constantly receive mails that is not even the same suburb.

The worst delivery service and worst menagement in the office, Port Melbourne Post Office Hub They never deliver item , the drivers always leaves card saying, attempted delivery no one home ... item returned to post office , What!!!! They never rang the bell of our home in the first place , they are just fooling around I complained to head office for over year... 5 times I complained to head office but nothing ever changes, they are just blind leaders leading blind... mistreating they customers Every time I call head office they have false humility saying we don’t know who drivers are to reach out to them ... They say we send messages to drivers to redeliver ... I ask call the driver to redeliver, they say we don’t know who they are and we can’t call them. Driver cutting conners and just dropping cards in letter boxes to make more cash... Please wake up and train your drivers to deliver and nock on doors and ring the bells ... for once ————————————————————— Well I have to be honest this week is been first time post office has done great job in delivery of item. I hope many other customers are experiencing charges and are happy. After few friendly chats with management they have fixed the issue with service. Head office is very helpful and they listen. Now I have to say well done. Post office Port Melbourne Hub Thanks Hopefully stays that way.
