Optus Beenleigh

The service my daughter and I received there today was exceptional. The man we dealt with was friendly, patient and very helpful , and certainly went above and beyond to help us with our enquiry . I would highly recommend the Optus store at Beenleigh marketplace.

they really need more staff as you can stand there waiting for 15-20 minutes before anyone will even look at you

Aside from one staff member there who seems to think she is going places by being rude and abrupt and not looking you in the eye when serving you, the rest of the staff members are really helpful and friendly. However, I won't be going there again, not worth crossing paths with the other "thing".
