2nd pair of glasses from here and both times have been a good experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I would recommend others to buy from them.
This store is not only always helpful and very friendly but they saved my eye site as they discovered I had a detached retina that if left I would have been blind thank you OPSM Mt Isa for your knowledge and skills that others may have missed

I needed help installing new lenses in my sunglasses. After having my request rejected at another optometrist, the lovely ladies at OPSM were very gracious and helpful; even offering to straighten my well-worn glasses. By the time I left them, my self esteem and high opinion of Mount Isa customer service was reinstated.
