Went there today for lunch with my daughter , I ordered 2 norm meals, no mention of change to ingredients. Firstly my chicken was chewy and grey in colour and there was no lettuce on the bun, replaced with shredded cabbage which was also very sparse. Honestly get your act together, the cabbage does not provide any flavour or moisture leaving the whole burger dry and not enjoyable at all, will not go back and will not recommend what a waste of $30
Good reliable lunch spot. No complaints other than dry chicken breast which can't really be avoided.

Customer service was HORRIBLE. I saw a worker there treating her co workers really poorly! Her name tag said the name shiv.. she honestly needs to get her act together cause if she keeps acting like this, shes honestly bringing the stores potential down! I love oportos but because of her at burwood i dont think ill be going there anymore cause she was rude.
Ordered the latest addition to the Menu - Vegan burger and can say: it is the greatest Meat eaters tool in converting Vegans back to eating meat. Disgusting
Extremely inconsistent and inaccurate operating hours. Always opening late or closing early "due to covid". It's been 2 years since covid and the hours displayed by this establishment are still incorrect and changing. Probably don't come to this place within 1-2 hours of it's indicated opening/closing time or else you'll find that they're mysteriously closed. Also if they are open on time, they "don't have chicken". Go figure... Unless you feel like taking a gamble, best to avoid or else you'll be left hungry like me.
Incorrect order… I didn’t know bondi burger has two types and one with chilli… the one at the counter didn’t bother to ask which one… plus burgers seemed cold and stale, so was the chips… disgusting experience…
Just don't look up. Those two lights they have over the pick up counter is disgusting. Turned me off my food. Could someone please give those a dust and wipe?
If i could give this place a -10 I would. Ordered a large meal, got my burger with a size small chips proceeded to tell me that's a large. Chips were uncooked and cold. Burger was also cold and soggy. When asked for a refund they told me that there wasn't anything wrong and basically should be asking for a refund. So that was what i did. The lady working on the counter did not know how to give me the right amount of money back after i provided her with the change she gave me and the docket.
