Well seasoned chicken cooked to perfection. Dined in for Sunday lunch. Ordered two half chickens with sides. Staff were upfront with the delay as someone had made a big order before. The chicken pieces were well seasoned and skin was perfectly slightly charred. Peri Chips were hot and fresh. Rice was undercooked and not recommended. You can add as much hot sauce as required. Overall good experience and good chicken.

Friendly service and great food in a nice location. Your usual Nando’s branch — as another reviewer said, they get consistency down well! Food was perfectly cooked and seasoned.

Chicken was very small and the cost of Nando's seems to going up and the chicken gets smaller. Food is always great. Its now becoming a very expensive dinner option because you have to get double the quantity.

I visited the Nando’s Burwood store for lunch and ordered classic Avacado Goodness Vegetarian Burger meal with Cheesy Garlic mini Pita. I am Vegetarian and have never ate Chicken in my life. While ordering I told at counter that I am vegetarian and asked what are the  options  in Vegetarian aNd ordered the Vegetarian burger. BUT I was served Chicken burger.  When I took the first bite I was totally shocked and felt something is not right and found that it was something else. I did not know it was chicken inside as I never ate one. When I called staff she only told me it is chicken and she realised the mistake in the order served and replaced that with vegetarian burger. But I could not finish that and enjoyed it as feeling of having chicken was still there. It spoiled my lunch.

Again, every time I order chicken is not good burn or hard to eat . My kids can eat because the taste is burn. I remember i used my points to order and my chicken is burn and today i used my points and same burn .

I was delighted to find this store provides sauce bottles from behind the counter while the others have removed them completely!  The bird was a generous size and very tasty as expected however if I had to criticise it was not quite as moist as my current favourite store which is Lysterfield.  This was a small but nicely presented store and the service was very good.

Excellent customer service by himself manager of store, he knows what he doing. Tasty food made and delivered to table. Good job guys. Manager needs this appreciation

One of the most consistent world-wide restaurant chains. The sauce is identical to what I have in Malaysia and it is great. Nando’s been good with their chicken seasoning, packed with flavors. Nando’s Burwood one might be understaffed as tables are left uncleared most of the time I visited. The chicken Maryland grilled to perfection and we enjoyed the every bit of it. The chicken breast is a little dried up. The tropical summer wrap is a perfect match between pineapple and chicken tenders. Will always be back for more grill chicken with their great sauce. We can skip the chips though, not crispy and drenched.

Just went there to order takeaway only to have the order be shelved for between 5-10 minutes and the staff did not ask if it was ours but rather left it while she finished doing another order and it’s gone cold when she gave it to me. I would rather go to the Doncaster one as the quality is better, the food given is hot and the staff is lovely there

Really loved the place but the food took a long time and I was there for like 20 minutes and the was laying there the whole time so please do something about this my son was waiting like 5 hours for me Food: 1/5
