Didn't have the greatest experience at Foodrinkery. I asked if I could please have the Salmon Sushi bowl with beef brisket instead of the salmon. I wanted beef, did not want to eat smoked salmon, and the salmon sushi bowl had the ingredients that was wanted. He said yes, can do. What came out was the inverse, exactly what I did not order. The beef brisket sushi bowl with salmon. I told them that this was not what I ordered, and he acknowledged a miscommunication must have taken place. The request seemed simple enough and he seemed to understand and said it was possible. He went back to the kitchen to ask if I could have some beef on the side or something to help correct the order. The flat response was no. No discounts or remediation to apologise. No apology at all. He was polite but in this day and age this is poor customer service and I left feeling yuck. Wasn't happy that they did not care to correct the order. So I ate it anyway and sharing my disastrous experience here. It tasted ok, but was not what I felt like eating. Coffee was weak too. My first and last time here. There are many other cafes which are much better in the area. The positive of this one was the outdoor seated area. Kids play equipment and it opened out into the public playground.
Turned up on a quiet Monday prior to the afternoon after school rush during my bike ride and was the the only customer at the time. Ordered a Super Boost Smoothie,a small latte and a Nutella brownie. All came out at the same time. All tasted really good. But should have specified to have the latte and the brownie first prior to the smoothie. Like self opening door and can't quite remember if there was ambient music in the background. Price is fair and the service is friendly and efficient.
We stumbled across this little gem after getting a bit lost! A delightful “stray from the norm” menu with something for everyone. Service was probably a bit slow, but staff were lovely and the spot was pretty. The pulled beef was delicious

Great local join, amazing service, great menu good coffee..... There's a park next door to them for the kids and I think they opened the back area now which is a kids area as well. Vegetarian options: There are few vegetarian options available Kid-friendliness: Its kids friendly and also have a park next door to ot Parking: Only street parking available for here, if the Dance school is operating during the pickup and drop-off times it'll be hard to find parking, all other times there's parking
Cute little cafe on a residential street. Staff are really friendly, coffee is good and if you have kids the best part is the park next door which you can access from the outdoor area. While I was there, there was a childrens birthday party: adults talking over coffee, kids within view playing in the playground - perfect!
The eggs are decent if I was being generous. Imagine ordering a toasted brioche bun with bacon eggs and letuce with smashed avo and you get a burger made of these stuff. Not really appetizing. Then you dig into it hoping for a good bacon, egg and avo combo and you get a mushy mix that tastes like you wish you hadn't put that abomination into your mouth. The coffee is good, but food not so much. The hash brown had to be made better, far far better. Hope to give it a try in another 3 months to check if they have made amends.
Great little cosy place to just enjoy a cup of coffee or brunch while the kids play in the open play area at the back of the cafe or in the playground just outside the cafe.
Delicious breakfast and a great range of choices. Staff were so friendly and the coffee was perfect
Couldn't ask for better service, the food is lovely. Just be aware that the kitchen closes quite a while before they close so checking with them is advised
