Everything about our recent 10 day car rental was easy, efficient and good value. It also makes a world of difference when you get a welcoming, unforced, relaxed and friendly vibe when dealing with new people in a foreign country. Joe was all of this. His wonderful presence set Omega apart for us.

Really impressed by the service provided by Omega. A swift and smooth pick-up process in Christchurch by a friendly & efficient team, a good quality car presented in a very clean condition and which served us well over nearly 2000 Km in three weeks, and one of the few companies that didn't mind us taking the car over the Cook Strait ferry. Drop-off at Auckland airport equally swift, friendly and efficient. I will certainly use Omega for my next NZ visit.

The assistant at pickup was very thorough with the details. Quick and efficient booking, pickup and return. Would use again. Great price too! I liked the car not having rental vehicle stickers all over it as well.

Whole process went smoothly with Omega Rentals. We were nervous about renting through one of the companies dealing with other cars, but the tourist information centre recommended Omega.  It was hassle free the whole way and much cheaper than if we had gone with the big car rental companies. The car was great, dropping it off at the airport took only minutes. Will definitely rent with Omega next time we are in New Zealand

Inexpensive car rental for new Zealand. Service was friendly and the car good. The cars are older than in the larger agencies and ours has various scratches, but was clean and had no issues that effected us. Great mileage on the small car.
