Very average coffee, pretty bummed it looks like it would be great

The food they had was average but their service was terrible! We waited for half an hour and they still haven't given us our cheesecake and waffle we ordered. The cheesecake was at the front display but they didn't bother just taking it out and placing it on a plate! The waffle was another simple thing they could make it they didn't bother. We asked them about it and asked them to hurry up. They kindly said that they forgot about the order and said they would make it right now. We waited another half an hour and nothing happened. We went there again and made a big complain and they finally saw how long we've waited. They immediately made it and in three minutes it was out! For such a quick thing to make they have to take so long! The food was only average and was definitely not worth the wait.

Eleni was an absolute sarcastic cow! I ordered a frappe few weeks back and got exactly that with no questions asked and a friendly smile ... Well sadly Today I ordered the same and Eleni said we don't call them frappes and then debated with me that I must have ordered something else coz they don't do frappes..... I then asked for no cream and she told me rudely we don't put cream unless asked... I told her I'm just letting them know as many places put cream... But she was on a high horse and had to debate that not all places do and it wasn't necessary for me to tell them.... Obviously she had a bad day and just needed to correct or prove me wrong..... There was no need for her rudeness or constant correcting.....the drink in the end was made by anither girl and amazing but Eleni needs to lose her attitude and gain a smile!

Best coffee and waffles in Melbourne! Staffs were friendly and helpful too!
