Have been many times before but will not be back again ordered 2 ham and cheese toasties with a coffee and a tea . The toasty was just bread grilled ,a slice of cheese and a slice of ham no butter no nothing and cold . It was so dry that it's scratched your throat. After 1 bite i couldn't eat it . hubby got coffee after everything else came out. told the staff they just looked at it and didn't care. No sorry, no offer of refund or discount nothing just a blank look at you.

Best coffee I've had in a fair while. Lots of friendly staff, but all a little too laid back for my liking. It took 10minutes for my coffee to come out, which was a bit long given the fact that it wasn't hugely busy. The coffee was well worth the wait though.
