The customer service was so poor in store. Staff seemed miserable and not wanting to help at all. On asking where i could find an item after looking myself for ages the lady looked almost annoyed that she had to stop stocking pens and ignored me; I probably at this point should have just left but i carried on looking myself and eventually found what I was looking for. The lady on the till was also very unfriendly and kept me waiting for ages at the till waiting to be served even though it was only me there waiting whilst holding heavy items. I personally wouldn't shop here again, I found the robina store staff much more helpful.
Claire the young lady in the photo area assisted us so much with printing a large banner. At first it came out pixelated and didn’t look great. She spent so much time trying to make the quality clearer for us and gave us several options to try. She did this while engaging with us and chatting about my son’s new business venture. She went above and beyond and we appreciate her so much.nThanksnAlly and Charlie
2nd time I’ve been to office works to print something out and I asked for help to do it.nOne time at Burleigh and one at Robina, the staff did not want to help!!!! I had to really push them to help disgusting service I own a business and if I treated my customers like this, I would not have any customers management really need to do something about this because another person said to me the same thing about trying to print stuff and not getting any help I was gonna buy a printer here around $500 now I will be going somewhere else to buy it. I’ve spent a lot of money with Officeworks and they’ve lost me as a customer!!!
It is quite honestly flabbergasting how poor the customer service is at this store. It's as if it is a job requirement to be appalling to other humans. For how much you get scalped for an envelope in this place you would hope that a portion would be going to staff culture & training. Thanks, I hate it here.
Very poor customer service, bought a HP Laptop 6 months ago which now already is faulty manufacturers fault but the way Officeworks handled the issue was extremely disappointing. Depending on the Laptop for work the only option they gave me was to send the item to a third party for repair which would take 3 weeks there was no effort in trying to find a solution I only got told that that‘s how they do it and they can’t do anything else for me. When I said that that is really disappointing and poor customer service the respond was „yeah well“nDefinitely not going to spend any money here ever again.
