Hire from somewhere else if you can. I hired a PA system on the 4th of May and still haven't received the $100 refund for the security bond, even  though the equipment was returned without any damage. They also weren't open at the time we'd previously arranged to pick the PA up, then were 2 hours late at the agreed delivery time since they couldn't open the shop, and they weren't open again when I went to return the PA (and this was all within business hours). I spoke to Shayne on the phone twice about the refund, sent two SMS's and three emails and haven't even had the courtesy of a response or acknowledgment. Their PA was good but their customer service and accounts needs major improvement.
