We are most upset with the customer service in this Burleigh store. The man grunted at my wife when all she was looking for was a battery charger and she wasn't able to tell them what voltage she needed. She brought the product with her into the shop and they were not prepared to help or offer any assistance or advice.nnThis is extremely disappointing as I asked her to visit this store due to them being a small business with more specialised stock and knowledge.nnSorry Jaycar, we wont be stepping foot in your store again, nor can provide any recommendations to your store, or other Jaycar's in the future. We will go somewhere that is polite, at the very least.
Extremely poor customer service from all staff, have been to the store multiple timesnnThey have little to no knowledge at all, lots of people say the exact same thingnnI will never purchase from their store again
Went to this store this morning to buy a plug for my son's Atari the gent that served us was fantastic nothing was a problem considering it was only a small sale the people in this store are fantastic.some other need to take what customer service is about.once again t that gent well done.

Lady served my husband she didn't have a clue. I phoned before and spoke to a man who said they had plenty of what I was after. The lady took 25 mins to find said item. Not happy.
