Have never experienced such poor customer service. The printing dept failed to hand my usb stick back after a printing job. Once I got home I tried to call but of course this is impossible. I called the head office and was told that an email would be sent and I would be getting a call back - never received the call back, and when I attended the store to pick it up, found that they never received an email and that all the info on my usb stick had been wiped. Will never return to officeworks. Can buy stationary much cheaper on amazon and the printing department is rubbish!
I really hate to be that person, but at 7.30pm I was looking for help to locate a cord, 2 staff were chatting near by, I made eye contact with both, and they walked off in different directions. Knowing I needed help. I was standing at the end of an aisle smiling at them waiting for help. Safe to say I left and I'll be going to another store.
I had a great experience at this store, a staff member in tech called Andrew was extremely helpful. I had an issue with a tv I purchased only 4 months ago and he solved my issue straight away. Andrew and the rest of the staff that assisted me were great.
I witnessed appalling customer service here on the afternoon of Thurs 27th March. An elderly gentleman asked for five very small bundles of a4 paper to be spiral bound. He was told they would only do 3 for him. This was regardless of the fact the store was not busy and he desperately wanted them for the following morning. The girl was rude and sighted policy as the reason. Where is the customer service and kindness in any of this. I assisted by taking his other paperwork to the counter and requested it be done for me. Please learn respect and courtesy.
I had a terrible experience with the customer service here. I had to wait in front of the registers for more than 25 minutes while the staff member was busy doing other things instead of assisting me. When I tried to print some documents myself, there was an error with the machine, and I had to reprint everything. The lack of support and the overall poor service made the whole experience really frustrating. Definitely not impressed!
