The team at Officeworks Richmond are amazing. I had an issue with an item I bought and when I returned 10 days later, they were so welcoming, efficient and helpful. They answered all my questions and gave me advice on which products would be best for the work I do. It makes such a difference when you get great customer service, especially as technology shopping can be challenging. Highly recommend shopping here. Thank you!
Have had several documents printed at this store. Would appreciate a bit more attention to detail when it comes to what I've requested: the last document I picked up was not double-sided, and another I picked up a while ago had only one leather cover instead of one at the front and back.nI thought these might have been my mistake, but upon checking both job tickets I could see that these requirements were listed in my order but must have been overlooked by staff.nCustomer service is otherwise friendly and prompt but these issues are a bit frustrating.
Piss poor customer service was in the laptop section for 15-20 min no one approached me and asked if I needed advice. A staff member was very hard to find safe to say won't be returning to this store even the cash register lady couldn't log into the pos system so waited about 10 min to purchase my other items. No bag offered just plane rude bored staff with no up and go when it comes to customer service. Won't be back
Went into the Richmond store to get a couple of photos developed. Never done it before. Iris was on hand to assist me and provided fantastic customer service. It's a great set up if you need photos printed out.
