Would give zero stars if I could. It is impossible to get customer service. Have visited twice in two weeks, the first time staff would see us, gaze at the floor and scurry past us. We asked one gentleman for help, was told he was with someone and he would be back shortly. Didn't return. We eventually managed to find a second person to help, when we got to the register we found the first gentleman serving who advised us he was coming back to help us soon.nnI then went there today to look at computer chairs, same thing happened with staff not looking at you and scurrying past, I was alsocompletely ignored by someone reorganising the chairs area right next to me.nOn top of the poor customer service they had limited floor stock and two of the chairs were broken one of which had had a lever snapped off leaving sharp exposed edges.nnNever again. Will make the 40 minute drive out to Werribee where staff actually care enough to do their jobs.

Not recommended for large printing jobs. On three separate occasions, I was asked to leave the work and return later, only to find that nothing had been completed. The lack of communication and follow-through was extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, this has been the worst customer service I have encountered.

Might be the slowest photo print counter in history.nThere's only one staff member to serve complex print queries , simple photo pick ups and restocking the self service booths and she's run off her feet.nDoes a grey job but demand is always more than she can handle.nThus a simple photo pick up can take an hour.nDon't bother. Find somewhere better

I have used online printing A4 documents at Melton store and it's always  been some kind of problem with my orders, either they don't print all, or print 2 copies,  or miss some altogether,  and after speaking to the team Manager at the Melton store, the problems still occur.nSo what now Officeworks,  get your act together and provide the services that you say you offer, I have had a gut full of your incompetence.

Very poor experience at Officeworks Melton. Bought a Bluetooth mouse that didn’t work at all. Returned a few days later with video proof and offered to show my card transaction, but the staff member refused to help without a receipt.nnHe kept saying “can’t help you” without even trying to check anything. Their own policy says proof of purchase doesn’t have to be a receipt, yet no effort was made.nnUnhelpful staff and frustrating service. Won’t be coming back.
