Went in store to do a print job as the online payment portal wasn't working for a work job.nnThey couldn't manage to work out how to print a flyer or a poster.nnWent in with the materials, designed to size, to order and pay - walked out with nothing.nnIf your only service is to print, you think that you would be capable of printing? Maybe I'm asking too much..

We are so happy to have our own Officeworks in Melton. Yesterday I went to the store to look for some office desk sit to stand and drawers. I was served by Liam. I have to say that Liam was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, combined with amazing customer service. Within few minutes, with Liam’s valuable advice, I was able to choose the right desk and drawers etc. He even organised for someone to bring the items to my car in the car park. I was very impressed by Liam and also by the store itself, which is big, well organised and adequate staff present to assist customers. Thank you Officeworks Melton.

Thank you young ladies in the printing service on 15 Feb 2025. Very kind, respectful and even nicely wrapped our photos frame that we printed. They did it for us in under 30 minutes.
