Fantastic service by the staff and especially Paul the manager who handled a gift card problem. I explained the problem, he was apologetic and he told me about what should have happened. Paul said it would take a few days for the problem to be rectified and would call me. He called as promised and there was no chasing up on my end. Thanks Paul and team!

I visited this JB hi-fi an hour ago, I asked for a price match as one other store gave me the less price, Sales person called Chris and said to go back to the store that is giving me the cheaper price.  The service is so poor.  I can't even give negative stars - so rude staff and they do not care at all about the customers.  This type of behaviour does not suit JB hi-fi.  They make false claims that they do the price match. Very Poor service.

On 2/12/22 buying a cannon camera, was served by Jake from another dept. Best customer service ever. Jb hi fi  Jake is definitely a asset to your company.

Poor service on all aspects of the word. 6 people standing behind the counter 4 all talking in a huddle whilst my partner and I stand by waiting for assistance in the TV section. Was passed by 2 different team members and ignored while one approached what looked like a friend of theirs and gave their attention to them instead. Waited in the register que as we had questions to then again be over looked as 2 out of the 4 remaining people there walked away from the counter to greet another person they seemed to be familiar with. Not to mention that pricing was incorrect in store from what was advertised on the JB-Hi-Fi website. The Melton store has just lowest a few hundred dollars worth of sales.

# Overall a reasonable supply of entertainment products. # Mid-range TV sizes at minimal stock levels. # Selection of CD's: Classical & Popular Classical genrés very limited, almost a POOR selection. # Vynyl records being sold at way too high prices - $35 to $79.

Came in looking for a TV and spoke to a gentleman named Brandon. We were unsure about the differences about the TV screens and he took 20 minutes to talk us through what the differences were in the qaulity for screens. Appreciated his honesty when asked about which brands to stay clear of. Very helpful, incedibly knowledgable and a very warm person to speak to. Incredible experience. Very happy.

These guys are great. Very helpful and go out of their way to help you get good deals on products. Not pushy on the upsell either

Went in looking for a new phone, unfortunately they don't do plans with phone and data like telstra for Samsung phones, only Apple phones.. The sales guy was very helpful though and friendly.

I love shopping at JB, but if I can be honest for a moment .. I believe that allowing their staff to dress like they are all heading to a beach party after work really keeps them too chilled.  Each time I go into Woodgrove, not only do I have to wander aimlessly trying to find someone to help me that doesn't already have 6 people waiting for them to finish with who they are with, but then U r palmed off to the registers where the staff behind the counter don't break the conversations with each other as they serve U ..  I'll avoid Melton now.
