i came into this jbhifi today and had fantastic service im not very big on technology and knowing whats good so i had this employee named brayden he helped me a lot gave me a few good suggestions and really sounded like he knew what he was talking about! one of the best experiences i have had with help from employees! will come back again thank you jbhifi and thank you to brayden for helping! 5/5 would give more if i could!

I just bought a Kobo Libra colour Ebook from here today and Josie the sales assistant was amazing. She made the experience super personable and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. She sounded like she knew was she was talking about too which made my decision easier as it was backed by someone confident in the product.

Came in yesterday with my partner to buy a TV and a new phone. We got the joy of dealing with Matt. He was absolutely wonderful in letting us know about all the offers available and all the extras we could pick up for the phone and TV, especially the phone care plan that he offered that we wouldn't know about if it wasn't for his very helpful service.nBecause of Matt we will definitely be back to this store!

I popped into JB last week and end up walking out after 30 minutes of no help and not able to find staff.nnFor 4 years I’ve been writing to there head office singing their praises as their customer service has always been amazing.nBut this time I went to price a new Apple Watch plus a new laptop.nNot one person in that area plus they moved stuff around so now the Apple Watches are no longer in their pathway. No help what so ever. Waste of my time and effort.

Most staff here are really good to deal with. Special mention to Leigh today. Exceptional customer service. Friendly and professional and super helpful in securing a hard to get item for me. Thank you
