ust wanted to share the great experience we had at bunnings tonight Sat 18th July 6.30pm.nBuying paint to do my 3 year olds room, the woman at the paint counter was extremely helpful & kind! nI did not catch her name but her service was incredible, not only helping us find the right paint but making it an exciting experience for my son watching her mix the colours he chose.nnReally would love her to be recognised for her efforts, she really is worth celebrating!!
Unacceptable staff behaviour — saved by one brilliant team membernnI’ve been a loyal Bunnings customer for over 15 years and have never experienced anything like this.nI visited the Melton store needing a 4-metre electrical conduit cut to fit in my car — something I’d recently had done without any issue at another Bunnings store.nnI approached a staff member named Adam for assistance. He told me they don’t do cutting and directed me to the checkout, I told him that I just hot the same cut into half tester at Caroline store , again he was go to checkout ask them - His tone was cold, dismissive and unhelpful from the very beginning, as though I was an inconvenience rather than a customer.nnI simply asked him to please be polite — I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t aggressive, I just wanted to be spoken to with basic respect. Instead of taking that on board, he continued in the same manner, and the interaction ended with him swearing at me in front of my wife. I reacted, words were exchanged, and it became a heated moment that should never have happened.nnI have to be honest — as an Indian customer, the way I was treated left me with an uncomfortable feeling that I cannot ignore.nnThe visit was rescued completely by Renee, who was genuinely wonderful. She helped me cut the conduit, apologised sincerely, and treated me with the warmth and respect I’ve always associated with Bunnings. She is a real asset to that store.nnAdam’s behaviour — and especially the swearing — needs to be formally addressed. Every customer deserves basic decency.
Staff was very friendlynOne of the staff his name is ADAM , he is very good in servicenHe was very helpful for our bath tub draining system.nHe is very hard working staff
Bought some decking for a project im doing 9th June 2026 Bunnings Melton.nTerry assisted emensely helping me sorting out 'good uns' and cut some to fit in my hatchback AND to save me more time sent through the cost to the cashiers.nJust had to give my name and pay and I was on my merry way.nCheers Terry 10/10
