Worst Bunnings I ever been to. It’s impossible to hire a van/ute on the phone at this location. They keep transferring you and then hang up, call back and same thing happens. The people at customer service just chit chats and do their own stuff while no cashiers are open. How are people meant to pay for stuff if no one is going serve? I had to go to tool centre to pay in the end. I will NEVER come here again. Happy to travel the extra bit to Caroline Springs.

Bought a AKAI reverse cycle split air conditioner and installation from this mob and after 2 months it stopped working completely. Went back to Bunnings to try and sort it out and they told us that we would have to speak to the manufacturer, even though we purchased the item from Bunnings. 5 weeks on from speaking to Bunnings and the manufacture we are still without aircon. Bunnings is very good accepting payment but not at the after services when needed.

For me being a tradie, Melton Bunnings is a great place to shop. The staff go out of their way to help you find what it is you need, there are also a lot of tradesmen that work there and they are a wealth of knowledge when you are looking for a special itemtr

I would like to thank Bunnings Manager, Amelia and everyone at Bunning Melton for there amazing help, i live in Adelaide my mother is in her 80's and lives alone,no cooling, no Air conditioning, she was smelting in this heat, The Manager and the people at bunning allowed me to perchase a fan over the phone,The Manager organized someone to personally deliver the fan to my mother. I Thank you with all my heart!! May i add that i also called the ..so called Good Guys Melton ...Care factor Nil !!
