It's Bunnings. No staff, no service, cheap products stocked by third party. Bought out the monopoly and own the market. It's a great thing we have county hardware stores with customer service, quality products, knowledgeable staff who take pride in what they do.
Our go-to Bunnings here in Melton. Big place with plenty of varieties. Plenty of stock available every time we go there. And, if ever they are out of stock of what we are looking for, the staff are always happy to assist you by giving you options OR letting you know which is the closest Bunnings that have what you need in stock. Honestly can't complain. Have yet to have a bad experience with them.
Best place to Buy Everything All of garden needs, and home too. Recently attended the 2023 Easter with Kids, Magic Show for kids, Bunnings Signature BBQ sausages, kids drawing painting stalls and a Competition to find a Easter surprise winner, Easter hat painting competition . Kids absolutely loved it. It was fantastic that Bunnings Organise these kind of Surprise Easter party. For Family and kids. Which is great. And just found Today They do Kids Activity every weekend 11 to 1 pm , Free . How good is that.
Went in Melton Bunnings and was assisted at Special Orders by a lady named Jackie, what a magnificent shopping experience I had due to her! Her customer service skills were next level, she went above and beyond, her knowledge was amazing, matched to her personality! Highly recommend, Bunnings you have a great one there!!!! Bravo!
Usually the staff are more than helpful. However today, I was wanting to purchase a couple of small storage organisers and they were too high up on the shelf to reach.nFound a staff member male of asian decent literally across the isle in electrical. The laziness and unwillingness to help was unbelievable. He wasn't at all busy and I was blatantly told Storage is not his department. He's in Electrical.nSo with persistence I told him to get a stepper and get the item for me.nIt took him a whole 2min out of his day just to help.nThe attitude on him. Damn rude.nSome staff just don't deserve a job. What's the point in working in customer service without wanting to help customers.nYou work for Bunnings store. Not just a small department.nWrong attitude! Disgusting!!
