Melton telstra took very good care of me this week when sunbury Telstra DID NOT!! My s8 stopped working sunbury telstra sent me away with out doing a thing i was upset to say the least. So i rang melton to see if they agreed with sunbury and no they didnt and where amazing even on the phone. I went in that day left with a loan phone thankgod as I run my own business. They rang me today my replacement s8 is in store ready for pick up took only 48hours. I also got an ipad threw them when i went in about my s8 not working and they gave me an extra 5gig of data as a thankyou. A++++ Customer care will only deal with melton telstra from now on.

My signed contract doesnt not specify any pro rata or 1 month advance deposit they will hold on my 12 months mobile plan. But been sent 2 bills within 36 days of joining that you need to pay in advance. Visited same shop again and requested resoultion but got no where. Was advised every phone company does this. Its standard across all. Will forward your request for credit if billing department agrees or else it is what it is.

Lies to customers up front. Jacks up price of the plan immediately with compulsory apparently insurance as store policy. Says it is because they are a franchise. Completely dishonest. Only admits high price is optional insurance when pressed. Ripping off customers is policy apparently. Avoid at all costs.

This is a franchise. Everything is expensive than what the website says. Do not blindly, sign any contract up here.

I recently purchased an iPhone and was confused beyond belief with it. No manual was provided and everyone I spoke to had an Android so they couldn't work it out. It would not receive incoming calls, went straight to message bank. Wouldn't receive/send text messages and every number I tried to call was engaged. Received no notifications yet it chewed through battery life. I had to charge it every day. Went to the store and met Gurgan who within 10-15 minutes had the phone up and running perfectly He was very helpful & friendly. I recommend it you have an issue with your phone he is the person to speak to. Excellent customer service
