Only one store avaialble in AKL catering Central, North Shore, West AKL customers. online order delivery is not guranteed overnight as described during busy time so you need to drive a long way to visit the Mt Eden store physically. Currently the website showing 4-6 business days for delivery which is a bit ridiculous in my view. This is the week before school starts and like we have experienced today, but ONLY 1 staff roaming the floor!! And this wasn't event lunch time. And the poor staff was follow by 5 other customers wanting to know locations of the items. I feel really sorry for her. Nonetheless this is very poor service and planning on the Company part. What about getting some part timers to work the peak hours such as 10am to 2om to cater for the extra foot traffic. It was not sufficient even with 3 +1 cashiers operating but just 1 staff on the floor. There were 8 customers queuing to pay. Its not like they just opened last week and had no idea how busy it was going to get. Secondly, the carpark is just as bad where the queue to get in was out onto the main Road. The school gets kick backsrewards when students buy from this place. Note that other places such as Warehouse Stationery will accept order in advance and have them ready for you to collect. Not too sure how many customers would continue to shop at OfficeMAX if the schoom kickback monopolyschool rewards is discontinued due to its limited store location and lack of staff presence.
The staff were friendly and helpful, good amount of stock in store well laid out. Very clean and tidy place. I was able to get almost everything I needed in one go, and the older lady there helped me order the rest from their online store. Would definitely shop again!
This store is located in mt eden during back to school days the parking is a pain. The furniture is way over priced, I guess this will do as most company procurement do not spend time comparing the prices, or they might have to get their office products from office max. They may not have choices. Back to school stationary looks ok, didn't buy any so can't say much.
Visited for school supplies as we do each year. Stationery laid out to make it easier to find requirements. Excellent parking in large carpark right outside the door. Friendly, familiar staff - happy regular customer.
This store has really reasonable prices and great customer service! I phoned them about a webcam that they had on sale. The woman I spoke to was so kind and helpful. She reserved the last camera they had in stock and it was ready for me at the counter when I went in store. Highly recommended!
Wow.. thanks for nothing OfficeMax. I did my son's stationary shopping online last week to save me time. My son started school yesterday. I called Monday to check on the status, and was told it would be delivered Wednesday 5th at the latest. I called again today and the man said that the order has been delayed and wouldn't arrive until Tuesday next week! So I asked for the team leader to call me back. She called back and advised that actually the order had been cancelled- without my permission- and money would be refunded into my account within 3-5 business days. All she kept saying was... I'm really sorry there's just nothing more we can do. I am a full time working solo mother of 2, and this is just not good enough!!!! So now I have to go and get his stationary, while waiting for my money to be refunded to my account. I am very unimpressed with the service and lack of communication and poor handling of customer service.
Really responsible price, convenient parking. But the service is not good as the young lady at cashier was so rude and didn’t smile. That’s why i just gave 3 stars, otherwise 5 stars for sure.
Hi There. This is more on your delivery service. My daughter's chair reference SO18020838 was just delivered at around 4:25. I was shocked when the Urgent driver just dragged the chair from the gate to the first step of the stairs! The patio was made of bricks and rough enough to scratch the rollers of the chair. I understand it is a free delivery but you still have to deliver a brand new product. Maybe you should consider changing your delivery company with better delivery service. Thank you.
Eh, you can find better prices at other places. OfficeMax is just convenient as it already has a stationery list for going back to school that they provide.
In case u r looking for stationary for school specially Blockhousebay school, this place is fabulous. They deliver the next day free of charge in case the amount is over NZD46. Kudos loved their service....
