Went here on Friday - we were looking for 2 new chairs - there were a couple here that we’d seen on line There were 2 girls here (I’m not going to say working) sitting at the counter - both staring at computers - neither acknowledged or said a word to us We tried a few chairs - and were ignored for the entire 20 mins we were in the store Service here is appalling In the current changing retail market - service is the only thing bricks and mortar stores have to offer that justifies the higher price than online purchases If your looking for furniture at the higher end of the market - try Dawson’s on The Strand The service there is good
