Have now officially spent more time in the waiting room than in consultations - and I call to check that staff are running on time. 

Staff are fantastic and no doubt in their abilities, but the waiting time is out of control. I need to take a day off from work for every appointment. 

I work in the same environment and we even use the same booking system and can manage keeping to timings. 

Just so frustrating.

I walked in for a consult to have weight loss surgery done, and I walked out feeling like a number. I ended up choosing another surgeon because I saw an endless stream of people before me getting asked questions like "so how would you like to pay for it?" and I walked away with the impression that the money was more important than the patients that they were treating. Now, I'm sure OClinic has a good record for having great results among its patients, but based on what I saw, I didn't want to be another number. I didn't want to be another source for their income. Thanks, but no thanks.

I cant recommend the team at oclinic enough. They have given my life back. The follow-ups are great. They have a great team of GP, Dietitian and Psychologist. I am part if the Oclinic Family now. Check out the support page on Facebook
